Our Clients Love Us!
The vets here are outstanding. Dr Shoemaker offers lots of reinforcement. Dr Molitor is so very kind and compassionate. I've been going here for years and its worth driving clear across town. Update 12/2020 - still love this clinic, but I must say we should stop telling people about them. They are swamped all the time, its difficult to get in for appts and rarely with my preferred vet, and due to COVID you have to call to check in. This takes 2 or 3 tries to get through. Did I mention how busy they are? I was told they hired new vets but they are still incredibly busy. The quality of care remains excellent. In the future I will not take a "drop off" appt as I live across town and do not relish making 2 trips (approx 25 mins each way). I could go to two clinics close to me but I do so love Dr. Shoemaker (when I get to see her). Hopefully things will improve.Dona Fuerst
All three of our pets, Bugz, Prin and Lola have medical conditions and we are so grateful that South Bay provides top notch care for all of them. Special thanks to Dr. Urquhart, his assistant Danielle and Lisa.Delfina Gayle
