Our Clients Love Us!
We have bring bringing our pets here over the past 5 years. We transferred care here to see Dr. Shoemaker and have never regretted that decision. Being a pet owner, we have visited most of the vet offices in town. We have always been treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Vet care is always expensive but the office has always been clear about the costs upfront and costs are competitive with other offices. I am writing this review to comment on some of the recent negative reviews. Running a small business that has been open to the public has been very challenging through the pandemic. Keeping staff and the public safe and limit any cross contamination has been difficult at best. The dwindling work force has posed additional challenges and I can only imagine the difficulties trying to care for all of the growing families that took on new pets while being isolated. I wish people who left negative reviews would consider the big picture before leaving negative comments that can be harmful to a small business. To summarize my experiences: the vets are top notch, the office is clean and friendly, the care is practical, care is current, evidence based and holistic, price is reasonable and your furry loved ones will receive excellent medical care.
They took over the care of my Abby and with CHF and her being 12-13 (she's a rescue) we have been so grateful for their attention to detail and follow up. Since being at the emergency vet 6 months ago we are so happy for every moment the can give us with her. Patients for life!
