Our Clients Love Us!
So glad I switched to this vet. They took such great care of my elderly cat! The nurses were all so nice and called to give me updates as I was waiting in my car (due to covid restrictions). The doctor was also very nice and super informative! I’ve had a couple of bad experiences at other vets here in thurston county, so I’ll definitely continue coming here!
We have been bringing our dogs here for a couple of years now. This office has performed surgeries on both our boys and are so friendly and reassuring! Before COVID, when we had our first appointment with both dogs, the vet took the time to answer all our questions and listen to us and give detailed answers. I really loved that! I can google all day but I am still not a vet and it's so nice to have those talks when you're nervous or questioning your pets health. On our visits through COVID times, I appreciate the vets & techs that come out to the car and speak with me and my husband opposed to a phone call but totally understand things get busy. I am dreading the idea of moving in a few years and finding a vet office that even comes close to the friendly, quality services my boys receive here. Thank you, South Bay Vet!
