Our Clients Love Us!
I've been very happy with the staff at South Bay. It's clear they love animals. They have been awesome through Covid protocol. Also they are great about sending records off for our fosters and sending scripts to pharmacies quickly. We left our last vet because of constant clerical errors and pets coming out of procedures with unacceptable clipper burn several times. We see Rachel Sarkez DVM and love her with our animals. Our foster with a funny gait had been seen by others who never took him out to walk or did a thorough exam. Dr. Sarkez watched him walk, put in the effort to get great x-rays, relayed info about recent discoveries with his symptoms, and gave a recommendation for a great neurologist. She remembers our dogs' names and details and seems genuinely motivated to figure out how to help them instead of going through the motions love our last vet.
I recently had to euthanize my 17 yr old dog. The staff at South Bay took the upmost care and showed admiral empathy during the entire process. I couldn't have asked for any better care.
